I don't own a e72 myself; currently using a e71 and contimplating an iPhone, but I do remember that on talks uk which is the list that I'm replying to you on there was a fairly large amount of discussion about how this phones audio wasn't that good and I don't remember anyone ever finding a solution. Having said this, I do kno a few blind people own e72's so perhaps I'm missing something. We can but wait and see.
