I agree Neil about Talks 5 being snappier but I an finding when reading through
lots of e-mails on my N 95 Standard that it will crash from time to time and I
have to re-boot the phone. Anyone having similar experience? Any suggestions
about what might be causing the crash?

Graham,

This is really interesting as I've heard of a few people experiencing what
you have.

My experience is very different although the route to it was different to
and may be relevant.
I'm finding that Talks5 with the latest Eloquence is now snappier than it
has ever been on my N82. I'm happy with the upgrade for this alone. To be
honest, I never really thought it was sluggish in the past, but the
performance since the upgrade has been impressive, including in text message
sending.

What happened to me in the upgrade though was unusual. I installed in the
usual way but lost speech at the end. I was able to verify that TALKS was
not even loading at startup, something I've never had before followingn
upgrade.
In the end, I removed TALKS altogether and installed from scratch and now
its flying!
And no, its not because I changed the install location from memory card to
phone: that was my first thought and I went to double-check I'd not done
this inadvertently.

Good luck and all the best,

Neil
