Hi Mark

Yep, that's my thinking too. I'll have a scout some time when I've time and
see what there is.

Thanks very much for the info.

Kind regards,

Hello Jackie,

When I got my N86 from Carphone Warehouse, I bought a Leather pouch.
It has a Magnetic Popper which fastens it shut, and on the back, there is a
loop stitched onto it.
This slides onto the belt, and is best fitted with the belt not going
through the Trouser loops.

It cost me about £12.

Although the slide cannot be opened with the phone in the case, the phone
can still be unlocked via the slide button on the side of the phone.
By lifting the phone fractionally, all the non keypad controls like the menu

and cursor buttons can be accessed.
This can be useful, especially if you want to hear a text message via your
Bluetooth, and don't necessarily wish to reply to it.

There is another case in the Carphone Warehouse shop, which is like a padded

wallet.
This has no belt loop attachment.
I think this is around the same price.

There is a more expensive version of the 2nd product in 02 shops,
apparently, this is around £20.

I'm guessing that the N86 is still a fairly recent product, so no-one has
come up with a fully satisfactory case for it yet.

Cheers,

Mark.

Hi Georgina

It isn't actually sourcing one, it's knowing what it feels like for
suitability. The online descriptions are ok, but I'm not going to order all
kinds of N86 cases just to find they aren't what I want. One of my
colleagues and I were having a laugh about it in the office the other day
actually. He was describing them all to me on various websites, but we
couldn't work out from the images or the info whether you could use it as a
working cover. A friend actually got me one the other day, and it's fine,
but not one where you can use the handset while it is in the case.

If I find one, I'll report back.

Kind regards,

J

Hi

I usually look on ebay and haven't been disappointed. This one is less
than £3 so it's not a big loss.
