Hi Saqib,

Same here.

Eleanor, just one thought occurs to me, do you have more than one BT Home
Hub in your signal area? It could be getting the phone confused.

All the best

Steve

Hi Neil I have the same phone as Eleanor and mine seems to define the access
point automatically after entering the wireless key. I do not have to accept
or agree to anything else.

Eleanor,

this is exactly what I thought you were doing, this is not the right way of
doing it, this will forget the code after you exit.

You must define an access point as I have previously outlined to you.

I was discussing setting up my home wifi and telling you all I wanted to do
it and I did not have the code which was useless. Now I have the code and
when I go to select wlan it finds my bt home hub and asks for the key. I
put the key in and off we go. However, it does not hold the key. Can
someone kindly tell me what process to go through to input the key so that
it is retained? Now maybe you will all come back saying that I must not for
security reasons have it there and that I must put it in every time, that is
fair enough if that is the case. Just want to know.

Eleanor
