Steve / Eleanor,

I'm amazed that you'd refer to WF Tech Support as good Steve, it's terrible
and often wrong, especially in cases surrounding WFA. but there you go.

Eleanor, Every time you switch handsets and enter the code you'll then have
to do it again when you switch back to the other phone, so if you have it
working on handset A, if you then put the code in handset B, handset A will
stop functioning with regards to Access, that is until you put the code into
A again, but at that time B will stop and so on...

I've not come across others who've experienced this other than in the case
of someone who had bought a second hand license which had been floating
around the market a bit, presumably a few people had the code and it was
being used by more than one person.

regards.

Hi Eleanor,

Have you written to support@xxxxxxxxxxxxx about this? I could do it, but we
would simply be relaying messages. They are usually very good, and I think
you will get information a lot quicker than if I do it and go back and
forth.

If you want me to do this however, I will, but they may want you do try
things, which is why I go for the direct approach first.

Is this happening on both phones, or only the one?

All the best

Steve

Hi Steve
I am growing increasingly concerned. Every single time I want to use
Wayfinder Access after having closed the application I have to put in the
key again. Sounds to me like my version of the product is 'not fit for
purpose'! I know you will liease with whoever you got the Wayfinder Access
from on my behalf as I purchased from you.

Eleanor
