Hi Eleanor,

No, you can't use D2Go on the N96, it doesn't work. It says feature not
supported when you try to play a book. We know about this, and I believe
Nuance are working on it.

To get your firmware version, it is *#0000#.

All the best

Steve

I did it again and it said 15 minutes etc then it went down to 3 and 2 and
finally it said it had completed successfully but as I still cannot use d2go

I doubt it did it. can you remind me how I check to see what version I
have?

Thanks.

Eleanor
