Hi Pete,
I believe I have some of the options for moving applications
around that you describe, but without checking, I don't
believe I have the new folder option, therefore I am not
certain that I can create New folders. However, If I do
find I have the options you refer to, I may create a folder
for applications I will most likely never use.
