Mobile Geo is probably the only option for full accessible GPS on a phone
based solution.

Geo.
we sell the handsets and software.
there is a list for Load Stone but I forget it, just Google it, but you
should note that Load Stone is by no means a full GPS solution, it doesn't
do point to point navigation etc, and you have to install maps and all
manner of other things to get it to work.
