Question About N95I've tried this, but some networks don't let you change it on
your phone, or at least that's what I've found.

I don't know everything about phones, but I'm working on it!

BTW Steve, got my N82 today and it's fantastic.

  Hi Barbara,

And there was me thinking you knew all about phones <Big Smile>..

You can change this on the phone itself. Go into Tools, Settings, Phone,
Call Divert, Voice Calls, then change Voice call divert. You can change the
delay time and all kinds of things. It will make the request to the network,
but you can do it on the phone.

  All the best

  Steve

Hi Sam, what network are you with? I think this has to be done by ringing
them and getting them to change it. I am with T-Mobile and I think the longest
it can ring is for 30 seconds which isn't really that long. The alternative is
to get them to turn it off altogether. Some networks allow you to just turn
voice mail off when the phone is on and now when it is engaged, off or out of
signal, but other networks can't do this and if it's off, then it must be off
for all calls. So ring them and ask what the options are.

    Hi Sam.

It depends what network you are with as some do not allow you to.

    Hi All

Can anyone tell me if and how I can extend the length of time I my phone
will ring before it diverts to the answer machine.

    Thanks

    Sam
