Hi David
When on the phone to anybody, press the up part of the volume control on the
right side of the phone. This will increase the volume.

Can anyone tell me how I can increase the volume on my C5 phone when
receiving in-coming calls.
When I am on a bus/train and someone tries to phone me, I am sometimes
unable to hear the in-coming call.
