I've done a limited amount of work with KNXY. I did static test a few
motors and flew a rocket using KNXY. I have not done any burn rate
characterization yet, unfortunately. KNXY is slower burning than either
KNSB or KNDX. You can design your motor safely with a kn=380.
KNXY is nice to work with, melts readily (100C.)and is highly resistant to
humidity. Similar to KNSB with regard to taking 24 hours to cure before
demoulding. Only real drawback is the cost of xylitol.
