Hi David, the only way to do it is to check in Skype's config.xml file. There is a file on your system for each Skype account you have. It works wonderfully, but does require MS Outlook, not Outlook Express. However, believe it or not, all the material on my Skype Tutorial was recorded using Studio Recorder, with the sound card set to what you hear. This is possible because Skype does not completely dominate the recording output like most applications. You need to be sure Skype's echo cancellation is working correctly, and this can be a bit hit and miss so I wouldn't recommend it as a permanent way of recording Skype for podcasts and the like. So, you can't send one thing to Skype, and another thing to any recorder. Of course people have this working, so there must be a way. One way that would work would be to use two sound cards.
