Hi Maurice, DINPUT.DLL stands for DirectInput and is a component of DirectX. You should install DirectX 8.1, which is available for download for free from Microsofts download section. Just follow this link and select "DirectX 8.1 Runtime" http://www.microsoft.com/downloads Anyway, the "nature" of emulation requires a quite fast computer, so using Steem may not be satisfying with a 486DX. It may be too slow to be able to emulate an Atari ST at 8 MHz clock speed.
