Sajith,
I think there is provision towards paying the expenses. One need to take
prior sanction. Guess this is happening because MES-FSUG is not having the
same status as that of ISTE or IEEE. I'll discuss this with
Director/Secretary and lets have an official staff member in charge (for
coordinating with Management), so that other members can go ahead and plan
or organise events.
