Your argumnent is as follows.
I know malayalam and a lot of malayalies want to switch to english. So
in order to make them comfortable English must follow all സന്ധി, സമാസം
etc of malaylam in order to feel "used-to" kind of an environment

If you want a replacement for M$ Windows use ReactOS

Start Distributing software in the way you comfortable. Start pakaging
softwares this way with ur friends. XFCE already have this . See
http://www.xfce.org/documentation/installers/xfce/index.html

People dont seems to have prefering this way. If you really feels it
is worth. Start packaging this way with LSB compliance.
we will support you.
