Hi Band!!!
South of the River Community Band's annual general meeting has been officially
called for the 28th of November, 2017. Please aim to get to rehearsal early so
we can start the meeting at 6:15pm, get the official stuff out of the way, and
get back to what we love most, playing!! The AGM requires the majority of the
band to be present, so please try your best to make it.
For those of you who don't know, the meeting is a legislative requirement where
all committee positions are declared vacant and each new nominee is voted on.
If you have already been a committee member, you can be re-nominated (and you
can nominate yourself). You cannot be appointed without your consent (unless
you are Jules.) I've attached a copy of the current committee duties. Please
consider putting your hand up and helping out with the very easy task of
keeping the band together. There will be so much support offered to you, you
won't know what to do with it.

When: 28th Nov, 6:15pm
