Hi Everyone,
I promise this is the last email before Trivia Night. Please continue to issue
invitations.
Arrival time at Hemmant is 5pm for set up, start time 6.30pm. Dress code is
concert blacks with uniform tie or scarf. I'll bring spares for anyone who
needs them. Please bring a music stand, chairs are provided.
Thank you to those who have volunteered family members and friends for back up
at the door and at the various stalls.
If you still have donations for the raffle, feel free to bring them on the
night and give to Kat. I'll bring your raffle ticket books Kat (sorry I forgot
them on Tuesday).
Sausage Sizzlers (Low Brass), the sausages and onions will arrive cooked and
hot. Bread, sauce and serviettes provided. You just need to set up your
section, put the sausage sizzle together and sell.
Bar attendants (Trumpets), all of your drinks (wine, beer, bottled water, soft
drinks) will be provided chilled. Disposable glasses will also be provided. You
just need to set up your section and sell.
Nibbles (Percussion), your ingredients, platters and serviettes will be
provided. Just need to put the platters together at the hall and serve to the
pre-booked tables.
Cakes (Saxes), I believe you are all organised with your bakers. Serviettes
will be provided. Perhaps a few of us can help out with some serving platters?
It would be really good if we could just watch out for each other and offer
help if some sections seem extra busy.
