Hi Band!
Just a friendly reminder of the AGM tomorrow night! Please come early and be
set up and ready to commence the meeting at 6:15pm.
A slightly amended Agenda and position descriptions are attached, and I'll have
copies on hand on the night. As mentioned, Julie is stepping down from her
President role, so we need someone to step up and be our new amazing president.
Jules will always be on hand if you have any questions or concerns, the
committee doesn't take too much extra time, and really, the president role is
the cushiest!
Out-going committee members, can I please request electronic copies of your
reports after the meeting as well as the hard copy.
