The videos were posted on a site with Arabic name, I do not know Arabic but
it was similar to ISIS in Arabic.

The reason they cannot be hosted for long is one thing: bandwidth. The
demands on the server even if robust would be huge.

The first of the previous videos did show the beheading. But YouTube
quickly censored it. You either removed the beheading or it will be
removed from circulation.

Youtube has an application that recognized pattern in a video file and can
recognize it to be a copyright work, or a video that has been reported
copyright.

Right now ISIS ISIL is using Russian site like facebook.

You will notice that SITE says the video was posted to Twitter. You are
aware that Twitter does not supply users with any storage space, so
thevideo was hosted elsewhere.

The Twitter account may be under an assumed name, but it cannot be an
anonymous name.

It is not so bad they do not tell you where they got their intelligence.

I am sure you could purchase the name for a high dollar amount.

But if you want to do better than they do, find the Jihadist Twitter
accounts and monitor them for new postings like SITE does.

If I said before that the Arabic web site had yaken down the videos, they
had not. What happened was that the servers were overloaded. The file was
still there. I tried every method I know to get the file. The file was
there but it would only download a 2 bps even with resumes to try to get a
better priority.
