All is well in Beastland with my current election standards lol (Facebook).
Family is doing great. I’ve been a lazy track bum lately and haven’t run in
weeks, but I’ve been lighting up the JiuJitsu tournaments raking up the
medals in the mean time. (I think I have a medal addiction.) Should be
opening up a brand new training facility in the spring of 2021, as we look
to break ground within the next few weeks! Stay safe family! #StayBeast

I thought it was time for a check-in with each other. For me, the 2020
track season was a disappointment, but I am thankful for the grace of God
that my family and me are healthy. I pray the same for you.

It is obvious to me USATF track will experience some challenges in 2021.
Still, I remain confident the organization will adapt and provide more
opportunities for us to compete than was afforded in 2020.

In the coming weeks, I will be sending updates as information comes to me
from USATF leadership/respected sources. Meanwhile, I suggest we continue
training, keep a positive attitude, and stay healthy.

It’s important for us to stay in contact with each other. I am asking each
of you to vet/scrutinize and share with the team any worthwhile meets in
your areas that become available. I expect finding good races in advance
of national meets
