I am thankful and blessed that my family and I are safe and healthy!
I truly miss: seeing all of you, competing, traveling, laughing and enjoying
the fellowship.
I just laced up the sneakers again to get sone training in before the cold
weather is upon us and limits outdoor practices, here in the Northeast.
Stay well, healthy and hopeful all!

I started Training three weeks ago and I’m feeling good, there is Senior
Games meet here in Florida in December if anyone is interested, my
understanding is they let MW40/45 runners compete as well but they won’t
receive a medal if they medal.

I thought it was time for a check-in with each other. For me, the 2020 track
season was a disappointment, but I am thankful for the grace of God that my
family and me are healthy. I pray the same for you.
It is obvious to me USATF track will experience some challenges in 2021.
Still, I remain confident the organization will adapt and provide more
opportunities for us to compete than was afforded in 2020.
In the coming weeks, I will be sending updates as information comes to me
from USATF leadership/respected sources. Meanwhile, I suggest we continue
training, keep a positive attitude, and stay healthy.
It’s important for us to stay in contact with each other. I am asking each
of you to vet/scrutinize and share with the team any worthwhile meets in
your areas that become available. I expect finding good races in advance
of national meets might be a challenge.
