Is your hardware time set to UTC? Mine is.
I had a problem because I dual boot and Windows doesn't like UTC
hardware time, but there are several work arounds for that. I used
the one that had a registry setting change and that worked fine. The
other solution had a small program synch with the time server of the
National Bureau of Standards time server. This only corrects the UTC
time of the hardware clock, translation to local time is handled in by
settings.
Be sure you haven't selected one of the areas where the time zone
never goes to Daylight Savings Time like Indiana.
