I guess that the second photo is familiar to most members.

What I realized was that in the first photo with Ursula Andress and James Dean
we see Frank with his back to them.

Hi Philers,

Our very astute fellow member Carl Rasmussen discovered this
photo.

After looking at it a few times, I realized it had been a very special day in
the life of

Frank Sinatra. That afternoon Frank laid down "If I Loved You" for the film
"Carousel."

It is, in my opinion, one of his finest recordings. And that evening, he joined
Nat Cole,

Sammy Davis Jr, Ursula Andress, James Dean and others for a private party at the

Villa Capri.
