Hi Philers,                   Our very astute fellow member Carl Rasmussen 
discovered this photo.After looking at it a few times, I realized it had been a 
very special day in the life ofFrank Sinatra. That afternoon Frank laid down 
"If  I Loved You" for the film "Carousel."It is, in my opinion, one of his 
finest recordings. And that evening, he joined Nat Cole,Sammy Davis Jr, Ursula 
Andress, James Dean and others for a private party at theVilla Capri.Ed
