I suspect that’s true. It sounds like they filmed Frank’s acceptance at this
concert in question. You can hear at the end where they have to switch mics.
That still doesn’t narrow down the date. I’ve seen online that some people are
touting that the concert is from February 7th at the benefit for the Four
Chaplains at the Las Vegas Convention Center. I’ve seen the concert listed
online as a limited edition official CD and the artwork shows actual photos
from the Four Chaplains benefit.
It can’t be the benefit. The beginning of the concert announces that they are
at the Copa.

The AGVA awards were actually aired on February 17th, 1960:
If Joey also interrupts Frank during his acceptance speech to tell him the
acceptance of the Award will be televised on ABC on Wednesday then is it
possible that the above concert was perhaps later than February 7th?
