Hi Roy, The late, great Ray Charles was able to use Sibelius with a competitive access product, albeit an older version. Sibelius is a professional score writing software package, and I would suggest that if you are even partly knowledgeable about printed music score, you will very soon be producing quite acceptable scores. I'm sure that time, and some constructive help from those who have assisted you previously, will smooth off any rough edges. I can only really add that Sibelius Access was developed by a former student of the Royal College of Music in London, Dan Rugman, with their backing and support.
