[sib-access] Access Installed

I'm happy to report Access installed quite easily. One observation that
might make it easier for others is that there IS no Sibelius folder on
that software DVD. The installation executable is actually in the
WINDOWS folder.
Yesterday I somehow stumbled upon a user's guide for Access. I don't
know how I got there, and cannot find that reference now. Help please?
Also, is the whole manual on internet HTML only? Or is there a version
one can use locally?
Thank you for your help. I'm eager to be at home in this new world. BTW,
is it OK to reference Sibelius Speaking, the JAWS scripts we used prior
to the advent of Access? I think I would find the comparison of
keystrokes, etc., a helpful way to gain command of this new system.
