I have 2 questions as follows, and I'll be very thankful if you can help me:
1: I'm writing a piano score and in a certain point I need to write
the notes of both hands in one staff. How may I sign that this passage
which is in one staff is for both hands?
2: This part contains 2 related questions, again regarding piano staff:
A: When there's a passage which starts in one hand and continues in
another and needs to be slurd, how is it possible to select both
staves to put the slur?
B: Such an issue as the previous for writing tremolo between 2 hands.
Here there are 2 issues, selecting staves and putting beams of tremolo
which have to be appeared between the staves if I'm not wrong.
