At my previous employer (Lucent), we designed and manufactured a CPCI VOIP product with a H.110 TSI in the backplane . The design used film resistor arrays for both the H.110 and the CPCI interfaces and we had no problems (33MHz clock for the CPCI and 16.384MHz for the H.110 interface). The frequency is 33MHz. I'm using 1206 resistor arrays of 10-ohm (4x0603). If you know something about this topic, please let me know asap.
