[SI-LIST] questions for 2-layer PCB simulation

Dear All,
I have simulated the SI and PI for 2-layer PCB. I found some tools based on
2D EM method.
It makes the results wrong. Could you tell me how to close to the real
condition by setting
some parameters or adding some planes?? Thanks in advance.
