Hi Tina:

I can't speak for other simulation tools, but in HyperLynx, you would
import the 2-layer board, and then add a 1000 mil thick layer of air
(Er=3D1.0), followed by a reference plane.  Both the field solver guys =

customers who have tried this say that it works well.  If you want to
validate this approach on one of your designs, let me know, and I'll try
