Stanley,

If you read just a little bit in the HSPICE manual you will find that the third
and fourth fields after the keyword, "pulse" specify the rise time and fall
time. In this example the rise time and fall time are both 0.5ns.

Regards,
Weston

Subject: [SI-LIST] hspice field solver question

Hi, All

 A Hspice examle as below;
    Vin in1 0 pulse 3.3  0  5n  0.5n  0.5n  25ns
    .material .....................
    .shape .....................
     ..................................
   .....................................
......and then we can get a rlgc table from hspice field -solver,

  I wonder how do we determine the frequency, rise/fall time of this pulse
function??
  thanks!
