Hi Stanley,

This is defined in pretty good detail in
the hspice manual, under the using sources
and stimuli chapter, under independent source
functions. They show how to directly code
the elements making up the source and also
show you how to parameterize this for greater
flexibility.

Let me know if you have trouble finding this
and I can give you greater detail on this. It
is pretty straight forward.

best regards,

Michael

Subject: [SI-LIST] hspice field solver question

Hi, All

 A Hspice examle as below;
    Vin in1 0 pulse 3.3 0 5n 0.5n 0.5n 25ns
    .material .....................
    .shape .....................
     ..................................
   .....................................
......and then we can get a rlgc table from hspice field -solver,

I wonder how do we determine the frequency, rise/fall time of this pulse
function??
  thanks!
