Hi Suman,

You can use the free demonstration version of Polar Si6000c 2D field
solver to predict crosstalk on edge coupled surface microstrip.

Use the demo package from here:

In conjunction with the free crosstalk  Excelspreadsheet by
downloading SP100 from Section 5 of this page:
