Hi Suman,

There are a variety of papers on crosstalk modeling in IEEE transactions
on VLSI or DAC/ICCAD varying from analytical to experimental (i.e.
simulation).

Take a look at papers by:

1. Jason Cong
2. Taylor and Dey
3. Kuhlmann

Or just do a search on crosstalk estimation on google.
