si-list: Regarding the recent virus laden messages being distributed to some si-list subscribers, be aware that if a "si-list" message arrives with an attachment it IS NOT from si-list. All attachments are automatically deleted from valid si-list messages. Looking at the headers in a couple of messages that arrived this morning masquerading as si-list traffic we find that they are coming from these two systems: pclab107.eupvg.upc.es (Universitat Politecnica de Catalunya) isdn.telecom.ece.ntua.gr (National Technical University, Athens) The messages arrive with "From:" addresses of valid si-list subscribers, but are actually coming from one of the above listed addresses. Beware of these messages and do not open the attachments if you are on a windows based system. -Ray Anderson Sun Microsystems Inc.
