Bob, Here is a short netlist that will work for differential S param. If you copy and paste this into a separate file you can re-use this over and over again. To get S11 you read the voltage between nodes 4 and 8 and connect your inputs to nodes 2 and 6. To get S21 you connect your outputs to nodes 9 and 12, and read the voltage between nodes 11 and 14. This is a simple circuit to draw out and connect the dots to (I really used to like to do that at the dentist office), but if you would like me to send you a schematic for clarification let me know. I know how to get S-parameters for single ended traces in Hspice but how do I get S-parameter for differential signals in Hspice. I am looking for the correct syntax. Do I use inverted source for the other trace? Thanks Bob __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
