Hi Bala, Although you don't say how closed your eyes are on the links that are working, by your own admission all of your links fail to meet spec. Generally, specs don't tell you the point at which all of your receivers will fail. Specs only tell you the point at which all of your receivers will pass. So it doesn't seem surprising to me that for non-compliant channels two ports might work and two might not even on the same device.
