Vince,
Besides the ethical aspects, you want an anonymous person to provide you
something that will justify an unknown (to them) tool for the purpose of
solving an undescribed problem type .... why?  Because you're unsure of the
justification?  Why would you think an anonymous person would be interested?
-- it's too vague.  If you don't have the justification very clear then
that's the issue.  A 3rd party  opinion wouldn't be a guarantee to solve
that problem, and might be very wrong or off the mark.
