Thanks istvan Novak and Steve weir for the reply.
FB is drawing ~ 3A of current from n1(1.375V), because of this the target
impedance is coming very low ~ 19.5  mOhm (@ FB)

I simulated the sinario and found that the plane impedance graph (of n1) at
the input of FB is going above target impedance @ 1MHz. does that means
decoupling is Required even at the input of Ferrite bead?
