Santhosh,   Total propagation time from driver input to receiver output 
does depend on each element in the path.
The interconnect is part of the path.

Your local Cadence application engineer should be happy to assist you 
learning basic Specctraquest operation.  I believe that as part of your 
purchase you can subscribe to on-site training and tutorials for your team.
