Agilent DCA is optimum model for this. It has been optimized with plug
in clock regeneration for most
communications bands. It is really easy to use and has software to make
the job simple and eve to do
analysis of the waveforms for you.

Tetronix 8000 will also work well with clock recovery but is not quite
as friendly. I like the Tek for its great TDR capability.
