[SI-LIST] Noise on Vcore

Hi All,
i am seeing 100-120 mv noise on Vcore @ 1Ghz, I think the spec allows upto
40-50 mv, with lower frequency processors noise is within spec just higher freq
processor causes the increase in noise on the same board. I tried changing
caps to oscon caps, that didnt help plus oscon caps are expensive, are there
any other less expensive solutions to clean the voltage rail? Thank for the
answers in advance.
