Hello, Farooq Bhatti
Please try this script in Hspice to extract S-parameter. It's more accurate
than Cadence. cc.s4p can be any channel. W-element or S-parameter.

When you plot the S parameters you plug into HSPICE, does it make sense,
or the S parameter data already shows the large reflection?
