We are trying to evaluate the impact of humidity on delay (speed of
propigation) for transmission lines built as a microstrip-line on 10 mil
Rogers 3003 material. Specifically, what amount of trace delay variation
might occur in 3" to 7" traces in the normal ranges of humidity in a lab
environment. Any suggestions on ways to decrease this effect?

What is the time-constant for humidity changes?

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
