Dear Charles,

Believe it or not we have 5 PhDs in similar capacities performing test
functions. The scope of the job goes beyond what
I posted and requires a lot more analysis than just test-taking. If you paid
attention I also mentioned that the minimum
required for the job is a BSEE or BS in Physics.

Mohammad

Dear Mohammad,

I almost never reply to these sorts of posts but this is an exception.
So let me see,,you want a Phd - who know simulation tools and EM theory. This
person will then be assigned testing functions.

Really?!!

Subject: [SI-LIST] EMC Test Engineer Opening at Broadcom

Hi Everyone,

Broadcom has an EMC Test-Engineer opening here at the Irvine head-quarters. We
are seeking a hands-on engineer who has performed compliance testing on
Ethernet devices preferably using CISPR 22 and FCC Part 15(Class A+B) with 5-10
years of experience. This person will be responsible for taking measurements in
the chamber, recording and reporting the results and debugging failures. A
thorough knowledge of Electromagnetism is required with a BS, (MS or PhD
preferred) in electrical engineering or physics. Knowledge of Ansoft EMI
simulation tools a real plus.

Please send your resumes directly to Mohammadt@xxxxxxxxxxxx

Thanks,
Mohammad
