Does anybody know simulation models of resistor array networks?
Important: the models should contain Crosstalk ...
Example: 4x 0201 like Samsung RF064P series with R values between 15
and 100Ohm
The passive components libraries do have all kinds of components, but
not resistors ..
Why I'm looking for this:
I have a memory design suffering from X-talk. I identified some sources
where the crosstalk could be introduced, but one unknown for me is the
resistor array that is used.
I assume, that thinfilm vs. thickfilm resistors would have significant
different ... but so far I have not found thinfilm resistors in such a
package size...
last but not least it would be interesting to compare the differences of:
4x 0402
4x 0201
4x 01005 (also something I have not found so far..)
Resistor networks
So, does anybody knows data on the crosstalk in such packages or knows
where to get thinfilm resistors / 01005 4x resistor networks ?
