Bill, I too wish that I could find good numbers for LPI Soldermask. Unfortunately, only a couple of soldermask suppliers give us values in the GHz ranges. One of the most common used in the US, Taiyo, only has 1 MHz values on their Tech Data Sheets. Enthone has some graphs that suggest around ~4.0 value at 1 GHz. Has anybody seen better values for Taiyo PSR4000 (LPI Soldermask)? Regards, Regards, David Hoover Sr FAE - Multek PS-I've been hounding these guys for years on this! I'm just grateful that the soldermask has a very minor impact on the impedance calculations. ----- Original Message ----- From: "bdempsey85" <bdempsey85@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: <weirsp@xxxxxxxxxx>; <RNowak@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>; <si-list@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, November 06, 2003 8:16 AM Subject: [SI-LIST] Re: Antw: Embedded uStrip - double check me > Steve, > > The vendor is using Isola FR406 which has a Dk of 4.29 @ 1GHz.
