My dear friend Kathy who passed away, used to raise Afghans..two sisters,
always together...ran every day together on a coupler.
Kathy was running them one morning, when one sister turned to the other and
attempted to slaughter her...it was instantaneous. She nearly severed her
sisters juggler. After that, they could never even LOOK at each other without
hackles up.
I dont allow my bitches together...I do "dog/bitch" for the yard rotations. I
see no point in pushing the envelope.

Same here. They grew up together, half sisters. ...and one day , out of the
blue they started fighting and from that day on they were enemies until one
of them died at the age of 11 1/2.
My bitch is always separated with her pups from the others until such time
as she feels safe to let them approach.
Actually, each bitch is different, you just have to play it by ear.

years. For no reason I could see, the younger of the two attacked the
older bitch with the obvious desire of killing her. Thank heavens Herb
was home.
We got them separated, but from then on they hated each other and were
never able to be together, again. It has been my experience that two
males will fight and settle the argument, but two bitches will fight to
