Aren't there other breeds that hold regional nationals? How do they determine
the "Grand" winner??

You know, that's not as off the wall as some might see it. I have NEVER
understood wanting to fly dogs. Oh, I've flown the occasional puppy and one
adult, but I just hate it. HATE IT!
Let's brainstorm this....
3 or 4 big regional GSD specialty clusters, some sort of point system, new
titles instead of GV, GVX...I'll bet you'll bring people out of the
woodwork that would never consider taking a week off, hiring help to watch the
dogs at home and taking a dog or dogs clear across the country. (Like me!) I
think you'll increase participation and you'll see some good ones you
might not see otherwise.

This is not a major issue, it is THE major issue as we move into the

and select sites. The cost of the site is not the major issue, if the
selection decreases entries. Revenue is determined by entries.
